These terms govern your use of this website and any services you engage Sumerian Kenya for. By using this site or working with us, you agree to the terms below.
We provide digital marketing services including social media management, graphic design, website development, SEO, online advertising, content creation, and related services as described on our Services page. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing for any engagement are agreed separately with each client.
Package prices shown on this website are starting points and can be customized to your needs. Advertising spend, domain and hosting costs, paid software, and other third-party charges are quoted and billed separately unless otherwise agreed in writing.
To deliver services effectively, we rely on clients to provide timely feedback, necessary access (e.g. to social accounts or hosting), and accurate business information. Delays in providing these may affect project timelines.
Unless otherwise agreed, ownership of final deliverables (designs, website code, content) transfers to the client upon full payment. We may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless a client requests otherwise in writing.
While we work to deliver results, digital marketing outcomes (e.g. engagement, rankings, sales) depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions and platform algorithm changes. We do not guarantee specific results unless explicitly stated in a signed agreement.
Either party may end an ongoing engagement with reasonable written notice, as agreed at the start of the engagement. Fees for work already completed remain payable.
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
